Rather than asking if you have met the right person, it can be more helpful to imagine what it might be like to be in a relationship where both of you are equally interested in being good for each other. This turns the lens onto you. Then you get to ask, “If I’m being honest with myself, am I good for my partner?” If the answer is yes, great!
