The opposite of busyness isn’t wasting time. It’s deep rest. It’s giving our nervous system permission to feel safe. Let’s revere rest in our culture. When we rest, peace, joy and creativity follow.

Rest

Jennifer June 6, 2023 0 Comments

I’ve been thinking about rest a lot recently. How I rest, and I tell my nervous system, through my inaction, that I am safe.

Nowadays, I block off periods in my diary and label them “rest”.

Who would like to join me?

Stay rested,

Jen
