We’ve all had moments where we’ve let ourselves down. Times when we silenced our inner knowing, went against our values, or ignored what our body was trying to tell us.
What often follows is self-judgment. But underneath that judgment is usually disappointment—in ourselves. And if left unchecked, that disappointment can harden into shame.
Shame is one of the heaviest emotions we carry. It contracts us, makes us feel small, unworthy, and unlovable. But here’s the good news: self-trust can be rebuilt.
When we begin to honour our inner voice, live in alignment with our values, and act with integrity—especially in the small moments—we start to restore that trust.
What’s your relationship like with self-trust?
Have you found ways to stay connected to your truth?
Let’s share and learn together.
