My word for 2023 was ‘FREEDOM’. It was the one that jumped out when I looked at it. A huge part of freedom for me is being location-free. I live in Sydney, Australia; my family live in the UK; my spiritual family are in India. In an ideal world, I live between these places. This year, I got to spend a reasonable amount of time in each location with people who are special to me.

To choose my word this year – I felt into the year ahead and had a sense of a fast movement, like a rocket ship taking off. I then wanted some calm with the intense movement. I then read through the list on the tiles, and the one that most resonated with the image was POWER. So that is my word for 2024.
