I can’t describe the magic that happens in couple work when someone reveals something so tender and vulnerable and is met with heart-opening compassion and understanding. Even when the thing being shared doesn’t make sense or is illogical, both people feel, honour, and love the emotion. For most people in our culture, that is a missing experience and is deeply healing.
So much healing can take place inside a relationship.
Conscious relationships ARE possible and can be a profound vehicle for deep healing.
