Boundaries are part of your self-care and self-love regime. Forget hot baths and face masks (well, not totally, just move them down your priority list), and move boundaries to the top. There is not much that will drain your energy more than having unclear boundaries.
But what boundary is right for you, in which situation, at what time? It can feel like a minefield! One boundary feels right with this person, but not with another. Or it feels right in one situation and not another.
When you have this uncertainty going on, it can be the perfect time to sit down and do some journaling. I created this list to take you through a little exploration around a specific boundary issue you are having.
