ometimes, a group of people come together, and there are buckets of flow, grace and laughter. This retreat was just like that.
It is difficult to describe what happens on retreat because some of it occurs in the outer world and some in the inner world. For me, on this trip, much happened in my inner landscape. I experienced bliss, deep peace, and activations that I know will help me in my role as a healer.
I am left feeling grateful and content.
I’m grateful to India and Sri Puram for hosting us, to my beautiful co-hosts,
@irinagladushchenkomentor and @kristyismay, for their grace, presence, and holding, and to my best friend and adventurer in life, Lance, for taking care of everything at home. As I write this, I’m aware of so many different families in my life: my IEHA family (international_eha), my family at Sri Puram, my family in the UK, and my family in Australia. My heart is full.
Thank you to everyone who made this retreat one to remember.
All my love, Jen
