Signs Of Emotional Exhaustion

We’ve all been there—that place where we feel completely depleted. Nothing left to give to ourselves, let alone anyone else. Burnt out. Emotionally exhausted.

When I reach that point, I’ve learned to pay close attention. It’s not just a bad day. It’s a powerful message: Something needs to change. It’s a clear red flag from the universe—you’re off track. It’s not just stress. It’s a misalignment. A soul-level “go back, wrong way” signal.

This isn’t something to push through or dismiss as “just part of life.” It’s not normal, even if it’s common. Please don’t normalise this for yourself or others.
This level of exhaustion is a sign.

It’s your invitation to stop. To reassess. To ask:

  • What’s draining me?
  • Where am I giving too much?
  • What do I need to reclaim to come back to myself?

You deserve to feel whole, not hollow.
