I wanted to share a few ideas of things that might help when you feel you have gone into a freeze response. The freeze response occurs on a continuum, one day, something might happen, and you feel a little numb, and the next day something might happen, and you are completely immobilized.
What might bring you out of freeze on either of those occasions might look and feel slightly different, so it is worth experimenting with a few at various times to explore what works for you.
For those of you who experience the freeze response regularly, what might you add to this list?
Feel free to pop them in the comments below.
