The Rest 0.4%
We are formed inside ancient stars.
When you look at the stars and remember this, does it change how you perceive the stars and your connection to them?

When I remember this, I feel more connected to everything around me – all made out of atoms, all from stars. I feel less afraid. And I have a sense of continuity that brings me peace. I can exhale.
