Should I Stay or Should I Go?

Jennifer May 25, 2023 0 Comments

Leave a comment if you know this inner push / pull dynamic.

I think it is something most of us have experienced, if not in a relationship, then in another area of life. A wonderfully effective way to work with polarizations is with a therapist trained in Internal Family Systems or parts work. It is some of the work I love to do!

Wherever you are, take care of yourself,

Love, Jen
