It’s allowing support in — even when it feels uncomfortable. Setting boundaries at work and with others. Prioritising rest. Self-care. Joy.
And slowly, gently, choosing you.
If you were the one who held it all together, this kind of healing can feel unfamiliar — even scary. But you deserve it.
