- Imagine someone you love—like your best friend—facing the same situation.
- Ask yourself: What would I tell them to do?
For example, if your best friend was burnt out, would you encourage them to take on more or to rest?
This perspective works because we often show more compassion to others than to ourselves. It’s time to extend that same kindness to you.
