Signs of Emotional Exhaustion

We have all been there. When we feel like there is no more to give, to ourselves or anyone else. We are burnt out, and emotionally exhausted.

When this happens to me, I know it is a big shout-out for me to change something. Something is REALLY wrong. I am on the wrong path; I am heading in the wrong direction. This feeling for me is a HUGE red flag from the universe. Go back… the wrong direction.

This is not a feeling to be ‘pushed through’, it is not just ‘work-related stress’ that is ‘normal’. It is so easy to believe that everyone feels like this. Everyone is stressed and feeling emotionally exhausted. 

NO! This is not our natural way of being. This is NOT NORMAL, so please don’t normalise it for yourself and others. 

It is simply a pause sign. 

Time to stop, pause, and assess what is going on in your life. What are the things, people, events that are draining you? What do you need to do to take your power back and start heading in the right direction?
