Dissociation is real.
And it can interfere with daily life and your experience of being in your life and being connected to yourself and your life.
If you have these experiences regularly it would be worth discussing with someone who is trained in trauma therapy and complex trauma (childhood trauma) and knows the signs of dissociation.
Dissociation IS something that can be worked with, it is not just part of your personality.
