It can be scary to sit in the silence with yourself. So, start slowly. Start a hobby, start a project, read a book, go to a movie alone, go for a walk, or look at art. Find gentle ways to be with yourself that allow you to get to know your likes and dislikes, your preferences. Allow yourself to know yourself deeply. Then you can fall in love with you first.
