So often we’ve been taught that discomfort means something is wrong — that we should fix, solve, or override it as quickly as possible.
But many of our patterns were formed in moments where slowing down didn’t feel safe. Learning to pause now is not laziness or avoidance. It’s re-education.
When you allow a moment to exist without pressure, your nervous system begins to trust you. And from that trust, clarity and choice naturally emerge.
