Gratitude

Jennifer December 12, 2023 0 Comments

Most of us focus on the negative, what’s not working. We walk around feeling this lack within us most of the time. It can become a habit of thinking.

As an experiment, just for today, focus on what you are grateful for. Notice how you feel after two solid minutes of gratitude.

Have a fabulous day!

Love, Jen
