Rather than setting specific goals for the year, I prefer to align with a value or energy. Sometimes, this energy is lacking, and I would like more. Other times, the word jumps off the page, and I’m unsure how that world will flow into the year ahead.
This year, I added quite a few words to the list. The one that jumped out at me is ‘connection’. Straight away, I thought about connecting with others, then with spirit, the land, and myself. I can feel that ‘connection’ holds a mystery for me this year, that it has something to teach me that I don’t even know or understand yet.
I look forward to the gift of connection and what it offers.
