For me, right now, its:
- My daughter just jumped into bed next to me. I’m so grateful she wants to be close to me.
- The amount of nature I can see from my window – beautiful Balinese greenery everywhere.
- My health. I’ve been doing yoga daily in Bali, which has made me deeply appreciate how flexible and healthy my body is.
Research shows that gratitude increases happiness.
