Meditation to Clear Your Mind

This meditation has been specifically crafted to release stress, worry and anxiety from the body and mind. It can be used often as a quick reset after a busy day or during times of increased stress.

Research shows that 10 minutes of guided meditation a day improves overall wellbeing. It also slows down our thinking, and brings us more into our body. It improves emotional regulation, activity in the cortex, and reduces stress (Tang, Hölzel, & Posner, 2015).

  • Find a quiet space that feels calm to you.
  • Turn off your phone and gift yourself the next 20 minutes.
  • In this meditation we ‘clean’ the adrenals and kidneys of stress and the mind of worry.
