As adults, we need safe and secure places where we can come to be refueled and replenished.
We venture out into the world, meet challenges, and experience things that rock us. Our partner is there for us at these times. They are a safe place of support and nurturance.
We need a secure home base as children AND as adults.
You might find this secure home base in friends, family or an intimate relationship. You might have a few different places, and that is fabulous. The couple bubble is the safe home base in your relationship.
