Gaslighting is real – it IS a form of emotional abuse. Here are some things to look out for in intimate relationships. Remember that gaslighting can happen in your family, relationships, and at work. Wherever it is going on, it affects your self-esteem, and eventually, you question your sanity! You end up feeling deflated, incapable, with lots of self-doubts. The self-doubt and increasing self-hatred do the most damage. If this is happening to you, please get help, talk to someone you trust or find a therapist who is trained in Domestic Violence.
