Boundaries & Mental Health
Some Gentle reminders: You are not responsible for anyone else’s mental health. You are not responsible for keeping your partner happy all the time (that’s not realistic). It is okay for your partner to be unhappy with you (if it is a healthy relationship, you will be able to work it out). Boundaries are healthy and sometimes need to be re-negotiated (what might be okay at one stage in a relationship may not be later on).
